A word about Lucy…
Lucy is a lovely ruddy Somali that came to us October 2018 when someone new in the home was severely allergic to her. Unfortunately for twelve year old Lucy, it took her quite some time to adjust in her foster home.
To make matters worse, she had a broken pelvis that healed over from a previous accident, leaving her with sensitivity to that area. She now has pancreatitis and is hyperthyroid.
This girl will remain in her foster home for the rest of her life, being spoiled and made as comfortable as possible.
Your donations allow us to let these older abys that are unadoptable remain with us until they are ready to leave us.
